NUMA Group expands to Luxembourg in partnerships with Silverfinch Property & Asset Management and Connection Property Management

Berlin, 10 April 2024 - The NUMA Group, Europe's leading operator of a fully digitalised hospitality platform, has announced the next stage of its European expansion entering the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. NUMA is bringing its innovative concept to Luxembourg City and will be part of Connection Property Development’s new-build, mixed-use Connection complex. The property is located at 23-25 Rue de Bitbourg and is being developed in partnership with Silverfinch Property & Asset Management SA.


The new NUMA property comprises 134 new-build apartment units with living space of approximately 25 square meters per unit and a combined net lettable area of 3,400 square meters. The Connection complex in Luxembourg City’s Hamm quarter is an innovative and integrated development offering both office and retail space in an open, modern environment. It is scheduled to open in the second half of 2024.

Situated between Luxembourg Airport, the financial district, and the city center – each just a five-minute drive away – the property in Hamm is positioned as a hub of urban life.
