- Experienced real estate professional joins NUMA’s leadership team

Madrid / Berlin, March 29, 2023 – NUMA Group, the leading European operator of fully-digital boutique apartments and technology developer, has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Carmine Tobiello as Director of Real Estate Iberia to lead NUMA’s real estate business in Spain and Portugal.
Based in Madrid, Tobiello’s responsibilities include the key areas of expansion in the Spanish and Portuguese markets and engaging with investors, SOCIMIs, and other companies in the sector. He will report to Philipp Rohweder, Director of Real Estate at NUMA Group. The newly created position is part of NUMA Group’s growth strategy, complementing NUMA’s existing IBERIAN team, which has to date secured over 460 units.
Tobiello is an experienced real estate investment professional. He has a strong background in finance, having previously worked at Arcano and Stoneweg. Tobiello has specialized over the years in the real estate and digital hospitality sectors, gaining extensive experience in the Iberian countries and Italy.
Carmine Tobiello studied Global Banking and Finance at Regent’s University in London and Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge. He also completed a Master’s in Advanced Finance at the Instituto de Empresa and an Executive Program in Real Estate Management, also at IE.
