Acquisition increases NUMA Group Italy portfolio to over 300 units

Rome, Berlin, September 21, 2023 - NUMA Group, the leading European operator of fully-digitized boutique apartments and technology developer, continues to expand its portfolio in the Italian capital with 38 units in a prime location.
NUMA has once again secured a coveted and exclusive prime location in Rome: The new NUMA Gia, a former hotel, is located at Via Liguria 38, Rome, 187, in the heart of Rome's modern city center, in the immediate vicinity of the W Hotel, the Grand Hotel Palace, the new Rosewood Rome, and the new Nobu Hotel that will soon be opening in the direct neighborhood of NUMA's new location.
NUMA Gia is already the fifth property secured by NUMA Group in the Italian capital. From October, the new property will be adapted to NUMA standards and can be booked via the NUMA website.
In Italy, additional NUMA properties are already being planned – in the long run, NUMA is targeting Bologna, Naples, and Palermo in addition to Rome, Venice, Florence, and Milan.
