Rome, Florence, Berlin 12/01/2022 – NUMA Group, the leading European operator of fully-digitized boutique apartments and technology developer, continues its expansion in Italy with the opening of additional fully-digitized boutique apartment properties in prime locations in Rome and Florence, totaling 58 units
With NUMA Vita, an elegant villa, and NUMA Rodo, directly opposite the cathedral, the NUMA Group already opened two boutique apartment complexes in Florence last year. NUMA will expand this portfolio in Florence with a third property in a prime location. In the heart of Florence, the tourist district of San Giovanni, a few minutes’ walk from Piazza della Signoria, NUMA Fiore has now opened.
Contracts have been signed in Rome for another NUMA boutique apartment complex in a prime location, which will open next summer, 2023. NUMA Group had already opened NUMA VICI at Piazza Venezia in Rome in March. The new NUMA property is centrally located near Rome's main train station and just 200 meters from the iconic Basilica Papale di Santa Maria Maggiore.
