Berlin, 17th October 2023 – NUMA Group, Europe's leading digital hospitality platform, is operating a fourth property in Milan in partnership with Investire SGR (Banca Finnat Group), Italy’s leading real estate fund management company in the residential market, with more than 60 real estate funds under management worth more than EUR 7 billion. Via its new partnership with NUMA, SGR strengthens its market position, expanding its presence in the hospitality sector.
The new NUMA Sempione, currently under construction with an opening scheduled for Q4 2024, will consist of 36 rent-to-rent units (with short-term rentals) for 72 beds and an average of 55 square meters.
The new property, a former office and residential building, is located at Corso Sempione 39, right in the center of the sought-after Fiera district, with the skylines of Milan’s ‘Citylife’ and ‘Chinatown’ in the immediate vicinity, the famous Castello Sforzesco in Sempione Park only a 20-minute walk away, and Milan’s Duomo within a 10-minute bike ride.
With the reconstruction by NUMA, the property will be adapted to the company’s uniform standards, incorporating intelligent yield management and an in-house operating and distribution system. In the future, processes such as check-in and housekeeping will also be managed digitally. Leveraging innovative technology solutions, NUMA offers a first-class guest experience and reduces operating costs by up to 60 per cent.
