The company has managed to add a number of new properties to continue its expansion in the Spanish capital, where the company is very active in the continuous search for new properties to add to its portfolio.

NUMA operates these new properties in Madrid:
● NUMA Goya: A building with 12 apartments located on Montesa Street, in the heart of the Salamanca neighborhood, perfectly connected to the main axes of the city. NUMA will upgrade the former hotel to NUMA's innovative technological standards and design.
● NUMA Luna: This historic and protected building in the center of Madrid consists of 12 apartments located on Calle de la Palma, in the heart of the Malasaña neighborhood and very close to the Museo del Romanticismo, one of the most emblematic and lively streets in the center of Madrid.
