NUMA expands its Italian portfolio with new properties in Rome, Venice, and Florence

These strategic additions underscore NUMA's commitment to expanding its presence in Italy's most desirable destinations and reaffirm its position as a fast-growing leader in the hospitality industry. The new locations bring NUMA's total Italian portfolio to over 300 units as the company continues to expand its offerings in the region.

NUMA's new Rome location is a 28-unit building at Via Ippolito Nievo 12 in the trendy Trastevere neighborhood. The stylish NUMA Verso has been updated to the operator's modern design and fully digital standards. Situated on the banks of the Tiber and a short walk from Ippolito Nievo train station, guests can easily access Rome's most popular attractions.

In Venice, NUMA is taking over a 20-unit historic hotel in the city's San Marco district at Calle Loredan 2353. The property offers enchanting views of the Rio di San Marcuola and provides guests with convenient access to must-see attractions such as Piazza San Marco, Palazzo Ducale and the Ponte di Rialto within a short walk or vaporetto ride. The new location is expected to open in late spring or summer of this year.

Meanwhile in Florence, NUMA has secured leases for three ideally located properties in partnership with a single landlord. NUMA Felice, is the takeover of a historic 10-unit building at Piazza San Felice 2 next to the idyllic Piazza San Felice. NUMA’s Santo Spirito is a 7-unit building at located in the Via dei Velluti, 8 that features a unique accommodation experience with stunning frescoes, appealing to art and history enthusiasts. Finally, NUMA Goldoni is a 5-unit building located in Via del Moro 3, in Florence’s Santa Maria Novella neighborhood, 4 minutes walking distance from Via Tornabuoni, Florence’s Fashion District. All these new properties have been meticulously renovated to preserve their original charm, embodying the city’s timeless elegance and encapsulating a harmonious mix of tradition and contemporary aesthetics. Centrally located, all of NUMA’s new Florentine stays are close to several tourist attractions, including the famous Palazzo Pitti, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, and Giardino di Boboli.
