The position was newly established within the company as part of NUMA Group's growth strategy and strong international expansion. The company is now operating in 15 European countries. Philipp Morawietz will report to NUMA Group’s CEO, Christian Gaiser, and work closely with the leadership team.

In the past few years, Philipp Morawietz has held numerous management positions, primarily at companies in the technology-driven hospitality sector. In his most recent role as Managing Director at Homelike, an online platform specializing in temporary serviced apartment rentals, he successfully oversaw areas including Supply, Corporate business, Strategy, Finance, and HR. Prior to Homelike, Morawietz spent an impressive decade at the HRS Group, the leading end-to-end lodging platform for global business travel. During his time there, he played a pivotal role in the company's transformation from a B2C to a B2B player. His responsibilities included heading corporate development teams, spearheading M&A activities, managing post-merger integrations, and driving strategic projects. Morawietz led the global procurement team at HRS, where he digitized hotel rate negotiations for some of the world's leading Fortune 500 companies. A German native, Philipp Morawietz (age: 42) is a graduate of WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management, one of Germany's top business schools, and has broadened his international perspective through studies in Canada and Spain.
