Numa Relaunches Chelsea Green Five Days After Operational Handover

57-key London property transitions onto Numa’s operating platform in five days, demonstrating the group’s ability to execute rapid operator takeovers across Europe

Numa Group, Europe’s leading tech-enabled hospitality platform, operating hotels and short-term accommodation, has taken over the operation of the 57-key Chelsea Green property in London under a hotel management agreement and relaunched it under the Numa brand within five days of operational handover. Located at 35 Ixworth Place in Chelsea, the property now trades as Numa London Chelsea Green.

Numa targets a maximum 14-day period between operational handover and go-live for takeover properties. At Chelsea Green, the transition was completed in five days, including the migration of distribution, pricing and inventory, guest operations, property systems, compliance and financial processes onto Numa’s operating platform. For real estate owners, the period between handover and go-live is a critical part of any operator transition and one of the clearest tests of whether a new partner delivers on what it promised.

“An operator transition is ultimately about execution. Once an asset is handed over, owners need confidence that the incoming operator can assume full responsibility quickly, protect the guest experience and keep income disruption to an absolute minimum,” said Dimitri Chandogin, Co-Founder and President of Numa Group. “At Chelsea Green, we were fully operational under Numa within five days. That is the kind of speed, reliability and operational certainty we have built our platform to deliver for real estate partners across Europe.”

Numa combines hotel operations, brand, distribution, revenue management and proprietary technology within one integrated operating platform. This enables the group to transition existing hospitality assets through a standardised operating framework rather than treating every takeover as a bespoke integration project.

Chelsea Green further expands Numa’s London portfolio and its wider European footprint. In the UK, the group operates under both its flagship Numa brand and Native by Numa, its premium lifestyle hospitality brand.
