Berlin, June 8, 2022 – The NUMA Group (https://partner.numastays.com), Europe’s leading digital hotel operator and technology developer, is the new operator of a PATRIZIA hotel in Hamburg. Previously operated by the Accor Group under the Novotel brand, the 185-room, 370-bed complex will be the largest in the NUMA portfolio. Located at Lübeckertordamm 2 in the St. Georg district, the property is close to Hamburg’s famous Alster Lake, Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, and the city center.
Over the next few months, a comprehensive conversion program will reposition the property, ensuring that it caters to the most discerning of modern guests. The 185 apartments will have average floor plans of around 30 square meters and will be equipped with the stylish modern design features closely associated with the NUMA brand. The building will also include communal areas. A long-term lease has been agreed with PATRIZIA and the official opening is scheduled for Q2 2024.
