NUMA now operating in major cities in nine European countries

Having already launched its first property in the country last year, NUMA today announces the launch of six new properties in Prague. In the ranking of the most popular city destinations for a weekend trip, Prague now ranks second, just behind Barcelona, making it a highly attractive market for NUMA. As a result of these new openings, NUMA is now active in nine European countries.
In line with its established expansion strategy, NUMA’s entry into the Czech market prioritizes properties in prime downtown locations that cater to the needs of modern travelers and match the NUMA brand’s attitude “bring some soul to travel.” NUMA is targeting vibrant city districts and the main demand drivers for tourists and business travelers.
Ahead of the market launch, NUMA Group has secured no less than six properties in prime locations in Prague, including NUMA Root in the historic former Antik City Hotel at Mala Stepanska 13, NUMA Flow in the magnificent former 5-star hotel La Ballerina at Dittrichova 20, and the former 5-star boutique hotel NUMA Republika at Petrska 5. These are joined by NUMA Poise Apartments at Narodni 27, just 5 minutes from the Vltava River, NUMA Laurel Apartments at Jungmannovo Namesti 1 on the Golden Cross, and NUMA Libusa Apartments at Ke Karlovu 14. All six properties are located in downtown Prague, not far from the Vltava River and Wenceslas Square. As a result, the new NUMA boutique apartment properties are ideally situated for leisure and business travelers, benefiting from outstanding transport connections and surrounded by countless nightlife, shopping and cultural attractions.

The fully digital NUMA boutique apartment properties – Libusa, Root, Flow, Republika, Laurel and Poise – are already bookable and open to guests. In total, NUMA now has almost 6,000 square meters of floor space in Prague, comprising 167 units and 334 beds. NUMA plans to expand its Prague portfolio to 300 units in the near future, with a medium-term target of 500 units in the city.
In April 2021, the German kicked off its European expansion in Spain. In October 2021, NUMA Group announced its launch in Italy, opening fully digital hotels and boutique apartments in prime locations in Rome, Milan and Florence. In 2022, NUMA launched in Norway in June, Portugal in July, and Belgium in December.
