Munich / Berlin, 15.05.2023 – NUMA Group, the leading European operator of fully-digital boutique apartments and technology developer, has today announced the launch of an additional 260 units in Munich, a move that expands the NUMA portfolio in Munich to 630 apartments. The property – the largest property in NUMA’s history – is home to 260 rooms with a total of 445 beds at an average of 25 square meters per unit. Attractive destinations including Munich’s famous Olympic Park, BMW Museum and Nymphenburg Palace are all close by and can be reached quickly and easily.

In order to ensure the property complies with NUMA’s high standards, it will undergo a floor-by-floor renovation while operations continue. This will also enable NUMA to implement its proprietary digital technologies, including intelligent yield management and property-specific operations, sales and marketing systems. In future, a whole range of processes, such as check-in and housekeeping, will also be managed digitally at this property. Leveraging its innovative technology solutions, NUMA provides a first-class guest experience and reduces operating costs by up to 60 percent. The accommodation will be bookable via NUMA from the end of May 2023.
