NUMA expands its Iberian portfolio with two new properties in Málaga and Lisbon

  • Properties in two iconic and very touristic cities of the Iberian Peninsula
  • Locations secured in partnership with Ratisbona Iberia

Berlin/Madrid, April 2nd, 2024 - The NUMA Group, Europe's leading operator of a fully digitalised hospitality platform, has just announced its expansion into the Iberian Peninsula. The company has taken over two properties, one in Spain and one in Portugal, to continue its expansion in Iberia, together with Ratisbona Iberia, a company specializing in the development and marketing of hotels, residential, retirement homes and shopping centers.

NUMA offers innovatively designed accommodations for the modern traveler, combining the advantages of traditional hotels with the convenience and flexibility of short-term rentals.

NUMA's new property in Málaga, located at Calle Maestro Lecuona 14, in the Los Tilos neighborhood, is a building with 48 apartments. Located within walking distance of transit stations that provide quick access to places such as the Alcazaba, the Picasso Museum of Malaga and Malagueta Beach, it is expected to open in March 2025.

In Lisbon, NUMA’s newest Portuguese property is an exemplary building with 41 units located in Rua Dos Lusiadas 93-99, in the Alcantara district. Conveniently placed, the stay will be close to Docas de Santo Amaro and a short walk from the nearest train station. It is expected to open in the second half of 2025.
