NUMA’s newest Rome property will be located at Via Luigi Turchi, 9 in the historic Trastevere district. With 72 units and 291 beds, this development project is set to open in Q2 2025. Known for its historical churches and fresh food markets to some of the city's coolest bars and restaurants, this will be the perfect accommodation for those who want to explore the architectural masterpieces and culture of the Eternal City.
In the heart of Florence, Palazzo Haggis is a 6-unit building scheduled to open in Q4 2024. The property is in a strategic position, just a short walk from Duomo, Accademia, Sant'Ambrogio, Santa Croce—all areas of significant local, national, and international interest. Its location is at the crossroads of these iconic Florentine landmarks and offers guests both comfort and easy access to the city’s artistic heritage and public transport, making it an ideal destination.
Another exciting addition is located in the charming San Niccolò neighborhood. This property provides guests the opportunity to stay in one of the most picturesque areas of Florence.
