Berlin/Frankfurrt, October 17, 2024 - Frankfurt based aam2core Holding AG has taken over the asset management of a mixed-use property in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. The property, located at Venloer Strasse 241-245, comprises serviced apartments, micro-living apartments for young professionals and students as well as commercial space. The mandate was given on behalf of a family office. The building is the former administrative headquarters of the perfume brand 4711, a historic building that was completely renovated in 2020 and converted into a micro- apartment complex.
NUMA Group, Europe's leading operator of digitalised boutique apartments, will manage the serviced apartments under a long-term green lease. Together with aam2core, they will carry out a comprehensive technological upgrade of the 112 units, with a total of approximately 290 beds. After the modernisation, the apartments will reopen under the name "NUMA Cologne Ehrenfeld".
The 136 micro-apartments will be managed via a PBSA platform developed by aam2core and Reos. The platform currently manages a successful portfolio of eleven student residences totalling 3,300 units across the DACH region.

The property, located in the Ehrenfeld district of Cologne, is characterised by its mixed use and good infrastructure. Its proximity to Cologne-Ehrenfeld station and the old town makes it attractive for both tourists and business travellers.
