• 777 Capital Partners signs asset management agreement for a modern serviced apartment complex in Rosenheimer Strasse
• Apartment complex includes 55 rooms with a gross rental area of approx. 1,500 square meters
• NUMA Group signs long-term lease for entire property
Baar–Zug (Switzerland), June 20, 2022: 777 Capital Partners AG (777 Capital Partners) has announced that it is taking over the asset management of a serviced apartment complex with 55 rooms and a rental area of approximately 1,500 square meters in a central location in Munich. The property is owned by the Swiss family office W5 Group. Following the same successful strategy as in Frankfurt, 777 Capital Partners has secured the internationally active NUMA Group (NUMA) as a long-term tenant. NUMA took over the operation of the serviced apartment complex in Rosenheimer Strasse from the previous operator JOYN on June 1.

The 55 apartments let to NUMA are both highly functional and furnished to a very high standard. All units feature a seating area with flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with shower. Select apartments are also equipped with a kitchenette with dishwasher and electric hot plates. The property is located on the intersection of Rosenheimer Strasse and Anzinger Strasse, right on the edge of the up-and-coming Berg am Laim district. The immediate area is home to numerous new neighborhood developments, including the Macherei and the Werksviertel, ultra-modern workplaces, and a broad range of restaurants. The property is conveniently situated and provides easy access to public transportation, including the nearby Ostbahnhof station, which offers direct links to Munich Airport.
